We provides coordinated temporary staffing support for care providers with short-term workforce requirements across multiple shifts. From the start of the service, we review the requested staffing period, care roles, number of workers, shift patterns and key scheduling requirements. The service includes up to 4 coordination communications covering the agreed short-term staffing requirement and provides a written staffing plan summarising the requested roles, shift coverage and staffing period. From receipt of complete client requirements, initial coordination begins within 1 working day, with subsequent updates provided during the agreed coordination period. This service is designed for care providers that require broader short-term staffing coordination across more than one shift.
