We provides short-term temporary staffing coordination for care providers managing staff absence and changing workforce requirements. From the start of the service, we review the requested staffing period, required care assistant or care support worker roles, expected shift requirements and number of temporary workers needed. The service covers one short-term staffing requirement and includes up to 3 coordination communications during the requested staffing period. From receipt of complete staffing information, we begin coordination within 1 working day and provide updates as arrangements progress. A written staffing requirement record is also provided to confirm the agreed role, staffing period, shift requirements and next steps. This service is suitable for short-term workforce requirements rather than permanent recruitment.
