We provides temporary staffing coordination for care providers requiring support with individual shift cover. From the start of the service, we review the requested shift date, working hours, required care role and number of temporary workers needed. We then coordinate the staffing request based on the information supplied by the client and communicate the relevant arrangements. The service covers one individual shift requirement and includes up to 2 coordination communications relating to that request. From receipt of complete shift requirements, the initial staffing coordination is started within 1 working day. The service is intended to support short-term shift requirements caused by staff absence, rota changes or temporary workforce demand.
